At Apart Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
